The Communications Regulators' Association of Southern Africa (CRASA) will convene the 2nd meeting of the Universal Access and Service Committee (UASC) for the fiscal year2023/24 from the 5th to 9th February 2024. The meeting will be preceded by a capacity building workshop titled "Evolution of the Universal Service Funds, Emerging Universal Service Issues and New Approaches to Financing the Universal Access and Service to Digital Technologies” facilitated by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). Both meeting and workshop will be hosted by the Botswana Communications Regulatory Authority(BOCRA) in Gaborone, Botswana from 09:00hrs Central Africa Time (CAT).
