SADCRadio Frequency Spectrum Policy Model Framework intends to achieve effective and efficient use of spectrum in SADC as well as ensure the availability of spectrum to be used as a tool to develop communication services. It also facilitates access to ICT infrastructure as a basis for social and economic development in SADC. It further allows for translation ofSADC regional priorities into strategic policy goals for spectrum allocation and use. It furthermore harmonises the spectrum management policies in SADC.
