TheSADC Roaming Policy aims at facilitating the development of harmonised regulatory tools necessary for the provision of cost based roaming services within the Region. They are also to stimulate and strengthen sustainable competition in the provision of various roaming services within the Region.They further aims to protect consumers of roaming services from excessive prices and bill shock. They furthermore promote transparency in the charging of roaming services within the Region.
